Gutter Cleaning
Gutter Clearance – Removal of moss, leaves and other debris from within your guttering system to remedy blocked gutters and overflowing. Downpipes are checked and cleared. Weeds and growths are also removed from your gutters.
We use high reach vacuum systems and wireless camera systems to clear your gutters. We’ll use ladders to attend to joints, leaks or blockages only where necessary and utilise safety measures when doing so.
Gutter Washing – An exterior wash down of your gutters, fascias, soffits and downpipes. This refreshes the appearance of your home significantly and quickly.
We use long reach brush systems that are able to clean the gutters and into the intricate brackets and joints. We can reach over flat roofs and conservatories as well as the higher placed gable end fascia boards too. This system sprays low pressure purified cleaning water which dissolves and washes away dirt effectively.
Solar Panel Cleaning
Cleaning your solar panels safely using long reach telescopic pole systems and purified water. We can clean away moss, general dirt and film. We can also remove stubborn lichen from your solar panels which can severely degrade your solar panels performance and integrity.
We use proper safety equipment such as electrically insulated gloves and boots. We’ll also erect our mobile scaffold tower so we can safely access panels on second storey roofs without risking damage to your roof tiles which can occur if cleaning from the ground. We’re PASMA certified for the safe use of towers and this includes competence for working at height also.
Solar Panel Cleaning is usually completed within a few hours and the typical cost is around £150 to £200 for most homes. We can usually reach you within a few weeks and we recommend either Annual cleaning as the gold standard or cleaning as and when certain indicators occur.
