We’ll typically confirm your quote in a period ranging from a few hours at the quickest and within 24-48 hours at the longest. This is the same for both solar panel cleaning and gutter cleaning services.

The basic information needed is name, address and contact details so we can communicate. We’ll also need to know your house size and type for gutter cleaning services. For solar panel cleaning we’ll need to know how many panels you have and whether you need standard or deep cleaning based on how dirty they are.

Once you accept your quote we’ll allocate an appointment and send confirmation. Following this we’ll attend and complete the cleaning as agreed. Payment will be made following the completed cleaning and we’ll send you an invoice with our payment details by email.

We offer two types of gutter cleaning service.
For Gutter Clearance, we’ll assess and vacuum your gutters clear. Your downpipes will be checked to make sure there’s no blockages and we’ll clear any grass, weeds and soil from your gutters to ensure they are flowing fully.
For Gutter & Fascia Washing we’ll wash the exterior parts of your guttering system including the gutter pipes, brackets, unions, fascia boards, soffits, gable end boards and any downpipes too.

We’re an Exterior Cleaning company based in Melksham so we naturally serve the surrounding areas which are Bradford on Avon | Corsham | Chippenham | Calne | Devizes | Melksham | Trowbridge | Westbury. We also serve all the small villages and areas in between these towns.

High wind speeds can prevent us from working overall as it’s present a health and safety risk. It’s generally during storms that the wind speed will be high enough to affect working and not likely to occur very often. For Gutter Cleaning services temperatures at and below zero degrees will stop out work as moss and debris within gutters will freeze making it unworkable. For Gutter and Fascia washing the water will generally freeze on the gutters making any work below zero degrees unworkable.

We are fully insured for public liability and our insurance covers buildings which we are working upon too. We are certified for electrical awareness, PASMA certified for operating mobile scaffold towers, working at height competent and we’re DBS Cleared which provides peace of mind since we’re visiting your homes.

Our pricing is transparent and published on our relevant Gutter Cleaning and Solar Panel Cleaning pages. We price per panel for solar panel cleaning with a standard cleaning and deep cleaning rate. For gutter cleaning services the prices are bracketed for each house size and type with additional charges for extras requested.

We generally require exterior access around your property only. For solar panel cleaning we’ll need some extra space to position the scaffold tower.

No real preparation needed other than facilitating access if applicable and ensuring there is available parking as well since our equipment is mounted within our van so it needs to be close to or at your home to work.
